Need A Flash Site

Hi I am looking for a simple flash site, that does the following
1) Users can upload a picture of someones head
2) They can then left click and right click on their mouse to punch the person.
3) The face will get bruised and bloody
4) The face they are punching will get knocked out
5) They will be given a medal saying they succesfully punched out that person
Only people with great flash experience please apply
