Database Needed Asap

I need a databse to be created and installed to manage and calculate prices of golf courses.
At present there is a long html file with prices and a separate javascript form that has to be updated manually to calculate total prices.
i want a database that will make the adding of new prices easy and also the calculation process automatic so that only one file needs to be edited
This project needs to be complete within the next couple of hours as it is very urgent
