Boosting My Game Stats. 2

I am looking for a fellow programmer to change various stats on a game I play. The game I believe is java based yet other IT specialist tell’s me it cannot be done. I believe it can as other players have also had account boosted it should take no longer then a couple of hours. I don’t want to give to much away on here so please contact me. I have set the budget on what I myself charge a hour when programming.
