Looking for a skillful programmer to convert a PSD to a fully working PHPBB 3.+ template / theme with some additional modifications (MODS) and multiple color schemes (2).

The template MUST CONTAIN A ADDITIONAL COLOR SCHEME.
The template MUST LOOK IDENTICAL TO MY PSD.
The template must be compatible with phpBB 3 and above.
The template must work as intended w/ all working features of the phpBB backend.
The template must be compatible in all newer browsers
