Website For Freelancers

The website I want to create is similar to that of scriptlance, getacoder.com and getafreelancer.com and I want to take the best part of all three and create a monster that will be better than all of them but with a pricing structure fairer on the clients at both ends.

In terms of looks I want a smooth professional look (in my opinion the look of getacoder is the nicest but I feel that with your teams expertise we can do better, we will have to have the same options as these so it obviously require a home page, sign up for clients, sign up for publishers, browse projects, members area, FAQ (on the faq I want it to show the questions and when clicked on the answer appears underneath or next to) These options can be spread onto two menus.

We will also need a payment section done with success, and failure pages in case there are any problems with collecting funds and the 2pp we will be accepting is paypal, alertpay (both of these provideworldwide services including credit cards and bank deposits I want to leave as much of
that to others as it takes time away from running the business.

The clients must have options when signing up such as featured projects, hiding all bids, available only by invite, urgent project and set a minnimum
an maximum bid.

clients and programmers must have option to sign up monthly for marked status.

each page should have information about what the site does such as on getafreelancer.com getacoder.com and the home page must have a refreshed last 10 jobs listed. basically everything you would expect from the site as you use them.

I would need to be able to view the site as it being put together an discuss any updated looks you will get a specific email address once accepted so that i get dedicated messages from you and I will try to be as responsive as I can be. The admin area needs to be strong and show all aspects of the business that i need to see.
