Video Editing 4 Minute Video

I have video images, a powerpoint presentation and a musicloop. Also have a script tha will be read by a voice-over lady. I need someone with proven experience (in you review section of Scriptlance) in video editing for this project (today!)
It needs to become a 4 minute video on a new softwaretool one of my clients will lauch this week.
You job is to make the video based on the different material I provide, later paste the voice-over on it and fit the music in there.
