Need Auction Website 2

Need auction website created. Each user that registers should have their own unique page to where they have one video player to upload videos of the product they want to sell as well as multiple photo upload capabilities on their page. Their page will also be an auction page for visitors to bid on their item/s. The auction script must contain all ways to communicate (buyer to seller) as ebay does. From the homepage I want windows for updates (as admin)and ways to announce featured auctions as well as typical auction search criteria.
This auction site will be for a certain niche of products only.
