Clone Of Existing Site

A clone of the existing site www.groupon.com is needed ASAP. We will need both a front end and back end ADMIN functionality, in addition to a complete new design.
We will want an exact clone down to the working functionality, registration, checkout to our existing gateway, discussion board, affiliate program, etc. If it is there (groupon.com) we want it there as well.
We need FULL CODE… no master key needed or anything. FULL and ALL CODE. Production Site will run on our servers here in states.
Backend Admin will need full control of front end Coupon offerings, page content, reporting, etc.
