Checkout Error In Oscommerce

Hi
im looking for someone who will be able to repair my checkout oscommerce page
one issue is that checkout page has been modified a lot – “one page checkout” contribution was implemented on that page and also some payment method for poland
now as a result when coustomer is choosing cash on delivery basket isnt empty and order isnt closed
this project is urgent
