Note this is TEMPLATE pages, not themes. Template pages style pages not posts, while themes style the entire site.
Attached is a zip with 2 html pages + graphics that need to become proper custom templates for WordPress pages (using Thesis 1.6 for the theme), the goal is for the body of the sales text to be editable in the new page editor prior to publishing.
Turning the 2 html pages into templates is less than 10 minutes of work, the key question is how to make it easy to update in the editor.
