Web Site Clone

Am looking for a functional clone of www.mybuilder.com.
Must operate in the same way but be fully configurable / customisable from look and feel down to categories / job types etc.
Am looking for php 5, mysql, ajax on front-end etc. Integration with Google maps -I want everything that mybuilder.com does but want to be able to use it for whichever industry I decide.
Must be well coded, modular, OOP, secure….
