Voip Phone And Fax Config

Hi there,
I am looking for a system admin familiar with VoIP software environment. The project entails in :
1. installation & configuration of Asterisk and FreePBX on the server
2. help with configuration of the softphone system on the PCs
One of the goal of the project (beyond being able to make calls for free) is to able to send multiple faxes on a huge list (100 000 +) for advertisement purposes.
Can anybody help ?
