I am looking for someone to design an upgraded computer-cafe management and sweepstakes software. It is a Rush job, but we will need additional work on a long term basis to create new games, and upgrade the management software.

I need all of the software to validate through a remote server, and to be able to turn off any of the cafes remotely.
I need to have the sweepstakes financial information sent to a remote server.
