Need a good mortgage website with cms for adding, deleting pages and that will use either php or html.. I do not want slow systems like Joomla etc.. I want the function od this site and template look and feel.. http://www.lender411.com/
Need the rates area to update rates, need a simple step by step looking application for users to fill out that I can add and delete questions to ask like https://mortgage.nextag.com/refinance.jsp.. I would like a back end client area where I can keep clients who fill in application and a system that emails any number of people when someone fills out application.. I need it to where I can add multiple people and the leads alternate on who gets one next.
Need a news area, blog area, ask questions box on front.
All pages must have seo for title, keywords, description etc..
Customers need ability to sign up for news letter..
Needs to have rate calculators and mortgage tools..
I don’t want a lot of resume postings, I don’t care about a company, I want someone personable.
Don’t ask for money upfront unless you are offering me something.. I will pay in quarters and thirds based on the project you are doing, I must see work completed, then I pay, see more completed, I will pay again.. I do this all the time and have many references.
