Help W/few .php/mysql Files

I have a website that needs some twekas to some files that I can’t get to work properly. Some .php to mysql connections don’t seem to work as desired (forms/email delivery and format)and tweak to a .pdf file creation tool. Not a big deal for a knowledgeable person and it should not take but a couple days so, please don’t get overboard with your bids. More details thru PMB. Thanks a lot!!
