Convert Images X 109

I need someone that can do two things for me.
1. I will provide you with 109 images that are approximately 150px wide x 70px high. Around half of the images are in GIF format. I need you to convert all the images to JPG format (so they are all the same) and adjust the size to be EXACTLY 150px x 75px keeping the correct aspect ratio (by adding whitespace if necessary).
2. I want a copy of each of these images that is exactly 100px x 50px. The new filename should be in the format of [Oldfilename]Small.jpg (eg logoEpsonSmall.jpg)
I need all the images to be as small as possible while maintaining quality.
