Two Simple Images Edited Now

Hi, I need two simple images created using stock images attached.
Image 1: Use the dark blue circle and the middle-size arrow to have 6 arrows going from circle in different directions have same circle smaller size at the end of each arrow.
Image 2: Use rectangle in one for website header. Put dark blue circle on this header as logo and write EZ inside the circle. 3 words will go on the header.
That’s it! This is a 10 min job for graphics expert. I’ll be selecting designer immediately and require turnaround of 1-2 hours MAX. Budget is $15 for both.
