Simple Form Css Layout

I have a very minor CSS issue I need help with. It is a small form that looks okay in Firefox/Mac and Safari/Mac. It even looks okay in IE 8 using Parallels for Mac to run Windows XP. However, when my client views the form in Windows Vista IE 8, it doesn’t look exactly right.
Attached is a screenshot from his computer.
Please help!
