Simple Css Project

This is a simple project for a coder that knows css, I just dont have time. You are required to make the file attached “flags.html” look like the images provided using css. The CSS must be internal in flags.html and comments should be inclued in the style sheet to explain the functionality of each rule. The extra images required for the CSS will be provided.
