Need Fast Traffic Generator

We need a fast way to drive traffic to site. Not much traffic, about 1000 uniques per day, increasing slightly day over day for the next 7 days. Your bid should be for 10,000 uniques total for this week, starting Monday. Will choose someone right away if you can deliver the traffic.
No SEO, no Twitter, no Facebook, just a traffic generator. Must be unique IPs, US traffic ONLY. For time reasons, must have immediate access to generate this traffic.
I honestly don’t even care much about it being real people, though it would be a lot better if it was! Please specify in PMB how you will generate the immediate traffic and if you will send real people or not. I don’t care the methods!
