Flash Time-line Design
I need an expert Flash designer to make an interactive time-line with items from history on it.
I don’t have an good example, but here is a template that is somewhat similar to what I want:

What I need is a bit different though, the above link only gives you a general idea. I don’t need the whole page with menu, I only need the time-line with dates. I also need pictures of objects on the time-line, for various dates. I will supply all images with backgrounds already removed. I will supply in PSD or PNG format.
Each item on the time-line should have a hover effect that shows a short description and enlarges the image, and each item should link to a url when clicked. You don’t need to make the pages that are linked, only to put the URL I give you.

You must be good graphic designer as well as good with Flash. I am using Flash CS4, so any version is ok.
