Fix Leech Script In Php Config

Hi,

I have this problem:
http://server2.downloadmx.net/remote.php

I can’t leech any file in my script. Only by local, not by remote file i can transfer.

I have move server, in the last server all working good, now i have installed cpanel and i think the configuration of php is missed.

Please, anybody can help me?
