Customize Cpa Redirector Php

I am in need of a PHP programmer to help me customize the following script:
hxxp://contentgeneration.org/cpa-redirector-standalone-version/
What I would like is for you to add the option into the script that will rotate multiple offer URL’s using the url with the magic number.
So if my url with the magic number is:
http://somesite.com/mylandingpage.php?mn=1234
Each time it is loaded it will rotate urls from my list of cpa offers:
1.http://cpaoffer1.com
2.http://cpaoffer2.com
3.http://cpaoffer3.com
4.http://cpaoffer4.com
5.http://cpaoffer5.com
