Need A Logo Copied

I attached a logo. I need this logo recreated.
I do not have the original PSD, so I need a high resolution PSD that looks as close as possible to the original logo. It should sit on a transparent background. I need the ability to change this logo to any color that I want, so you will send me a high res psd, and two 3 PNG files – a blue version of the logo, a gold version of the logo, and a red version of the logo.
1) This must be done in less then 48 hours from bid time,preferably done in 24 hours.
2) Payment is released when work is complete to my satisfaction.
