Basic Forex Website

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PROJECT THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED IN MAXIMUM 7 DAYS FROM START OF THE PROJECT. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT TIMEFRAME.
I am looking to create a Forex Blog/News website (which I can update myself by adding posts, adding widgets and also google ads). The website must have the ability to add a forum and be updated. The website needs to be excatly similar in design to:
www.dailymarkets.com AND www.dailyfx.com
Please visit the website to understand complete functionality and features. The website will have the ability to install RSS News Feeds and also have an area for a Blog.
WHAT I WILL BE PROVIDING YOU:
1. Complete Design Details
2. Logo for the Website
3. All support required for the project by email/chat daily.
4. Domain Hosting
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE TO DO:
1. Take exact design code from Daily Markets and install Blog functionality
2. Modify colour scheme
3. Add my logo and make very minor adjustments to the design and functionality.
4. Create Admin Panel to manage Blog
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST USE A SCRIPT THAT PROVIDES THE SAME KIND OF FUNCTIONALITY, WITH ADMIN PANEL.
THE WEBSITE IS THEN COMPLETED AND THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED.
PAYMENT OF THE PROJECT:
As this is a fairly basic project, the maximum amount for this project will be $80.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WILL ONLY BE PAID ONCE THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED AND IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO FUNDS WILL BE ADDED IN ESCROW AT THE START OF THE PROJECT, BUT THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE ESCROWED ON FULL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
ALL BIDDERS, please note the following:
1. The Project needs to be completed in maximum 7 days. If you are unable to complete within 7 days, please do not bid on the project.
2. You must provide daily communication by email on the project. This is VERY IMPORTANT please.
3. Please dont bid above the maximum budget amount, as this will unfortunately not be considered.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT WORK ON THIS PROJECT, THEN IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO WORK ON OTHER PROJECTS AS I REQUIRE OTHER SIMILAR WEBSITES.
