WordPress Jquery Conflict

Have what might be a real simple issue. I have this theme in wordpress: http://themeforest.net/item/sthai-dark-wordpress-cms-template-5-colors-/full_screen_preview/54629
I was attempting to make the links video popup, using ceebox, greybox, and a couple other lightbox pop scripts, but it seems to break the theme’s slider function when i do that.
i guess i can attached the header.php file show you what i did.
Look right before the </head> section for the greybox script code i added in.
