Programmer Needed

I need a programmer to fix problems on my site and add code to the site.
During the project you need to be online in a messenger to communicate with me. No excuses, no exceptions! I am in the USA Pacific time.
I am paying you according to your rate. There are three websites that will be worked on at least. Some of the stuff is fixing problems, but you also need to be able to add pages and code according to my specification.
