Iphone App – Easy Math Formula

Need an iphone program that takes two nominal inputs from user to give a % output.
The formula itself is a simple factorial equation that I can explain in more detail.
-Programmer must be able to design a clean looking app (the one page and the icon)
-App must be able to deliver banner advertisements thru AdMob and/or Google.
The cheapest bid from a good mobile app developer will win. Good luck.
