1. Home Page: Home page is display all the Announcement (Birthdays, meeting schedule, Events, big achievements) of related to company employee and new activity related to employee and it is also display star performance of the month of individual department.
2. HR: Only HR Department had right to see the detail of HR link. Here all the information related to HR department is display. HR is uploaded salary and Attendance related information here. Only HR had right to upload and update the information in this tab. Following information is display in HR tab:
1> Salary slip
2>Attendance
3>Form 16
3. Profile: Euclid member profile is display in this section and only sign in user had right to check his or her profile. Following information is display in profile link.

2>Designation

4>Birthday
5>Contact number (personal number and extension number)
6>Status line
7>Responsibilities
5. Euclid members: Introduction of all the members & their responsibilities is displayed in this section. This section will display the list of all Euclid member with there department.
Here all information related to any user is display. Only selected field (Name, Designation, Contact number, Status line, Responsibilities) is displayed of all the users.
Whenever any new member joins Euclid, then the list of Euclid member will automatically updated same case when any member leave the Euclid, then list will we updated.
Same case with there responsibilities, if responsibilities will change then it will updated with the current responsibilities.
6. Complaint: This section will display the list of complaint, here all complaint will be divided according to the department and every one will able to send there complaint and this complaints will be viewed by concerned department only.
Complaint will be divided into following parts:
1> Hardware
2> Software
3> HR
4> Admin
5> Other
7. Forum: This is the module where Euclid members can interact with each other. They can post some achievements or announcements here and any one can reply to that announcements. Users will be given choice to send post some news t particular department. In this case only that department will be able to view and reply to that news.
