Help With Css Layout

Hello,
Please see the attached image which shows a large space I would like filled with the content below it. The attached image has more details.
This should be easy work for a CSS expert.
Payment will be upfront into SL escrow and released when I can demo the updated layout on my server. I will send the winning bidder a zip that contains the html page, style sheet and images so you can work on it locally.
I’m in a hurry I would like this completed immediately.
