E-commerce Virtuemart Install
This project is setting up a few categories and items in an e-commerce store using the latest versions of virtuemart and Joomla.
There should be no specialized programing. If I am asking for something that is not already a part of joomla or an extension please let me know.
The selected person or team must provide references on previous virtuemart/joomla and be trustworthy. There will be additional work based on timeliness and attention to detail, ability to overcome problems and ability to communicate.
I already have joomla and virtuemart installed.
Will have to set up store from very beginning and get working with CC provider.
Set up SSL area for shopping cart and when logging in as admin in virtuemart and joomla admin.
Need two areas, one for customers, and one for retailers
*Customer area*
The customer area will contain
3 categories
Lip balms
Salves
T-shirts
Lip balms
2 products, 1 size
Salves
3 products
All have different sizes (1 oz, 2oz, 4 oz, cart pull down will show size and exactprice)
T-shirts
2 products
1 has 2 sizes, the other has 10 sizes. (ys, ym, yl, s, m, l, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXXL, want to have a pull down menu that shows the size and exact price.
**Retailer Area***
Same products and descriptions as above but with wholesale prices.
The will have to register then admin will have to approve them for this area.
And additional area only seen by retailers will be called Displays. I will have two items that will go into this area.
All items will contain images, description, prices weight I will provide. All items will have weight which will be automatically calculated.
All Michigan residents will pay 6% sales tax.
Products are shipped via United States postal and postage will have to be calculated based on weight. Postage will be automatically calculated.
USA and Canada are the main country I will ship to. All items need to be set up to ship to these locations, give the proper exchange rate for items, give the proper postage based on weight and dimensions.
A 10% discount coupon is needed.
A conversion to Canadian dollars.
Only use virtuemart extensions that come with the product. Do not use any third party products (unless you specifically feel it is need based on my requests, let me know first).
Must provide references on previous virtuemart and be trustworthy. There will be additional work based on timeliness and attention to details and knowledge to overcome problems.
The final product will be a full complete working shopping site that will take secured orders via ssl, calculate shipping (based on weight and dimensions), taxes (for Michigan residents) in an ssl area. Send transaction to cc provider, then a receipt to customer.
Admin areas for Joomla and virtuemart will be in a secured ssl area.
Site will be secured using best security procedures (chosen developer will explain how he will secure the site prior to being accepted).
References will play a crucial role as to who is picked for this assignment.
Need completed within 10 days of acceptance.
