I am in need of your help to build a CARE HOME website in PHP and SQL.

but I would like it to be top site with good SEC and must be on the 1st page of keyword “residual care home in eastbourne”
The site must be about 7 to 10 pages
after support is also needed.
must be a high qulity website with flash and hot logo like a show site so others that see it would want one like it.
