WordPress Sidebar Help

We need help customizing a sidebar in WordPress. We are using the WP Remix theme, and need to change teh content of the sidebars and need a WP guru to take care of it. See a current site page here: http://dev.limitlessexposure.com/site/?page_id=476
We want:
Sidebar1: ‘Follow Us’ link to our twitter, myspace, facebook
Sidebar2: Customer Testimonial: we want this to be a rotating text box, we have a series of testimonials we would like to show, and each time a person goes to a different page a different one will show. We want to be able to manage them in the admin.
That’s it, please have some type of messenger for communication.
