USPS Shipping Label Web Application. PHP 5, MySQL 5 – WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BIDS USING ZEND, CODEINGNITER OR CAKEPHP or any other Rapid development tools – we are looking for a simple application structure with several classes that are well commented and easy to maintain. We are a professional Web Development company and we have staff that can do this project – however, for the sake of time and resources, we need to outsource. HIGHLY SKILLED PHP PROGRAMMERS ONLY PLEASE – THIS IS NOT A PROJECT TO LEARN PHP.
