Photoshop Retouching Required

Have an easy and quick job. I would like two images to be retouched in different colours and also a watermark to be applied.
I’ll attach the files as such:
1 + 2) The master images that need to be re-done in different colours.
3) The colours of the cases, photo sent by supplier
4) Logo (to be made grayscale) as watermark.
24 images should be done in total.
So, we need the colours from 3) transferred onto the images in 1) and 2). On the housings we have the word ‘Iphone’ is missing from the back cover so please do not include that.
We are looking for a quick, high quality work. The finished images should be in jpg format, watermarked and 320px width.
