Move Forum To Vbulletin

I currently run a forum on aspplayground forum which users a mssql database. I want forums/users/posts ect.imported into vbulletin. Aspplayground is on the impex list of forums so that should be helpful.
Forum is not a large one. About 250 users to be imported and about 800 messages. There are only a few real active members.
Job is to sucessfully move forum/posts/users from Aspplayground to Vbulletin.
