Interspire Cart Fix #2

In my Interspire cart, I can create discount rules. These rules show when i view my cart, but to not apply at checkout.
Types Of Discounts:
Special Discount(apply to all purchases)
Coupon Code (apply during checkout with ‘add’ button)
Group Discount (global discount for press club members)
the GROUP DISCOUNT works…but no other discount works.
also, I would like the discounts to work with each other.
PRESS CLUB DISCOUNT – 15%
+
SPECIAL DISCOUNT – 15%

total discount – 30%
I would like to get this done quickly.
