Gta Liberty City Cheats Needed

I need GTA liberty city cheats.
I want a cheat where people will become our gang and they will follow us .They will protect us from other things like police and even they will protect us if we are in car.
or this cheat police become our police and they will follow us .They will protect us from other things like gangs and even they will protect us if we are in car.
i have gta lc it mean gta liberty city so i will pay for simple cheat i pay 30 cents cimple mean like armor cheat health for normal cheat i pay 40 cnets normal cheat mean like a car cheat car come in game and for high quality cheat i pay 50 cents or maximum 70 cents high quaality cheat mean like i have mention in project 10 police guards follow us and if we are killing other police then our police guards also hit them not hit us so this is like police iif you cannot find this then you can find gangs 10 gangs follow and protect.
