Clone Of 99designs

I am looking for someone to create a clone of 99designs.com .
If possible, create a contest and submit a design and see how the whole process is handled. I really want the functionality to work right. I will provide the design via psd.
Alternatively, you can check out http://www.designcontestscript.com/ to see the admin backend. I need something more professional than that.
If you’re working in a team, I expect a leader/representative to update me on current progress through IM. I will be telling more about the project once I accept your bid.
