I am looking to create a website similar to http://www.virtualstaffingteam.com/ in style and substance. The website will have similar amounts of flash, # of pages and photos. Website will also have a livechat function. However, I do not want it to look like a clone. It will serve as a model and I am looking for someone to work with me to create something different. I am also looking for someone to create an appropriate logo for the site.
Admin tool is a must so that I can go in and edit as needed.
To minimize cost I would like the site to be developed using Joomla, Drupal or WordPress. If you think it would be better built using something else, I am open to suggestions.
I need sample work from bidders as well as fixed price quote and estimated time to complete project.
