Website Template

We need a template that we can use for various websites.
Looking more for beauty as well as function!
We need to be able to brand website with new name, new product, new contact info.
Not a fan of joomla, wordpress…Also – no java no flash
Is there a way to do it with html?
All thoughts are greatly appreciated. Give us reasons why you would choose what you offer.
Final project would be 1 template 2-3 pages / Home / Contact / and either FAQ’s page or Product page. Minor design and logo work.
