Logo + Change Magento Theme

I go start a new webshop based on magento and need the following:
- A logo
- Change the standard theme of magento (must become a webshop to sell child clothing)
- Setup the template in magento
I want to see 2 design for logo and website and want if needed revisions
Just let me know when you can start and think you can finish the job in how many days.
