Backup Website

I need to backup the database and maybe some other files on my website
to backup just about once every two minutes.
Some files if they are lost will incorporate off of the database, others will not, so I need someone to ‘guess’ at what files will need frequent backup and which ones can be left alone.
Then, I need to backup these files, and the SQL database, every two minutes.
