Wordpress Theme (maytag)

I would like for someone to create a wordpress theme from a psd file that I have designed. I have tried to do it in artisteer but I have had no luck.
I need the theme to look exactly like the way I have created it, as far as button, look & feel, footer, & header.
Also this theme requires a gallery using lightbox plugin for wordpress.
I need this theme to be compatible with the latest wordpress version.
