Web Browser Add-in Needed

This project is to create a web browser add-in that functions as a web search catcher / error redirecter. It must work with both IE and Firefox and be compatible with Windows XP and above (incl Windows 7). Should run silently in the background. Can be uninstalled via Windows Add/Remove Programs.
