Retouch Photos For Calendar

I have 15 images in need of retouching for a glamour swimsuit model calendar. Looking for the ideal retoucher to deliver a high-quality retouched image with proper color balance and an image the jumps off the page. Some photos require edits to model including removing fat, enlarging breast, enlarging butt and removing tattoos. Its very important images do not look over airbrushed but still jump off the page.

What is your turnaround for 15 images?
Note: Three images are group shots. Also one image requires adding models into the photo. (Clipping Already Done)
