Need Language Files Updating

Hi,
I have a modified Cubecart V4 that has been modified and skinned in english.
It means if a customer selects a different langauge, the search button has no text etc.
I need the other language files updating with the foreign equivalant that can be easily obtained using babelfish etc.
I need the language files editing for the following languages:
German
French
Spanish
Italian
Dutch
Norwegian
Russian
Polish
Turkish
I also need a small amount of text changing in the english langauge file.
