Donations Module Zen-cart

I need a Zen-Cart module made/existing one modified. I want the ability to accept donations on my site and would like the module on the payment page. If you could put in a module similar to the “Enter redemption code” where a user could enter the amount they wish to donate and the amount is added to the total.
