Database Driven Questionnaires
I would like you to clone and existing questionnaire system.
This project is easy and should not take more than a few hours.
You do dot need to design the system. I will provide the function database design and a view of the resulting questionnaire.
Short description. The questionnaire design consists of a page description, a section within the page layout, and questions within the section layout. From the values entered in the layout design the system automatically creates the questionnaire. The system should allow for the creation of multiple questionnaires and a secure login proceedure.
You will be cloning an already operational design. Changing the look & feel, and making it more elegant.
Again, this is a very easy project.
