Create WordPress Theme From Ps

Project is to create a wordpress theme from psd files. The final layout of the wordpress theme needs to look and feel like the theme here:

- need working preview rotator on top for each category
- A user uploaded image is next to each post and page summary.There should be a default image next to the summary posts if the user does not upload a picture for the post or page. The blog aurthur should be able to easily press a button to upload a related image for the post that will be resized for this feature.
- There is also a resized smaller thumbnail next to the recent posts widget.
- bread crumb links on top of the posts.
